Membership in the Southern Jewish Historical Society is open to any person or organization. The Society’s major source of funds is membership dues. Memberships run from January 1 to December 31 each year. If you join or renew between October 1 and December 31, your membership runs through the following year.

Annual Conference
The Society’s annual conference is held in a different community each autumn, featuringtours, lectures, panel discussions, cultural events, good food, and opportunities to network and socialize. You must be a member to attend.
Newsletter
Our quarterly newsletter, The Rambler, contains Society news, information on regional resources, and articles of interest to southern Jewish historians, as well as to lay people of all faiths.
A copy of our annual journal, Southern Jewish History, is provided free to all members.
